Founder & Recruitment Director
Daniel Paine
Since the company’s inception in 2024, Daniel has led the charge in building a dynamic recruitment firm focused on delivering tailored solutions for both clients and candidates. His passion for fostering relationships and his drive for excellence have been key to W&P Partners’ rapid growth.
Daniel’s career is rooted in a diverse background of leadership, recruitment, and operational management at a mixture of international recruitment firms and household known commercial organisations.

Outside of work, Daniel is an avid adventurer with a love for the outdoors. A keen snowboarder and hiker, he recently completed the iconic Three Peaks Challenge, demonstrating his determination and passion for tackling challenges head-on.

Ben Watkinson
Since founding W&P Partners in 2024, Ben has been instrumental in creating a forward-thinking recruitment platform focused on connecting top legal talent with leading opportunities.
With over six years of experience in legal recruitment and client advisory roles at multinational recruitment consultancies and a Magic Circle Law firm, Ben’s innovative approach, coupled with his deep understanding of the legal industry, makes him an invaluable leader at W&P Partners. His commitment to excellence and his ability to connect the right talent with the right opportunities align perfectly with our mission to redefine legal recruitment.

​Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben has a long-standing love for rugby. Despite threatening to retire from playing for the past three years, he remains a regular on the pitch, bringing the same determination and teamwork to the sport that he applies to his professional life.
